Description

The Liberia Institute of Public Administration introduces the executive seminar. The seminar is intended to strengthen Leadership capacity of senior and middle level managers in both the public and private sectors, Courses design will help managers and leaders to be effective and efficient in areas of leadership and governance, general; management and supervision.

The seminars will be structured to challenge participants to break stereotypes and remove obstruction which prevent individuals from constantly improving public and private sector delivery.

The goal is to also equip participants with the requisite skills, knowledge and confidence to bring about systematic change’ while transforming service delivery.

Targeted Audience

The seminar is intended for executives, senior and middle level managers from the private and public sectors; executive, middle and senior management officials of Ministries, Agencies and Commissions as well as Heads and deputies of service centers across the country.
