LIPA Signs Performance Management and Compliance System (PMCS); …Targets Five Pillars For 2025
The Director General of the Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA) Honorable Nee-Alah Varpilah like many other head of agencies of government has signed the Performance Management and Compliance System (PMCS) for 2025.
The ceremony which took place on the grounds of the Executive Mansion on May 29, 2025 brought together all agencies across government.
At the signing ceremony, LIPA committed to fully implement the five (5) target areas in 2025 including its Strategic Plan development, Service Delivery Charter Implementation, Resource Mobilization, Systems Efficiency Improvement and Institutional Capacity Building.
LIPA’S strategy plan is aligned with pillar six (6) of the Arrest Agenda for Inclusive Development (AAID) which focuses on human capacity development through training, research and consultancy.
New Training Cycle for 2025
The Liberia Institute of Public Administration (LIPA) is excited to announce the commencement of its new training cycle for 2025!
Key Dates:
Orientation: June 30, 2025, at the Doemah Town Campus
Classes Begin: July 1, 2025
Cycle Ends: August 31, 2025
International Certification Exams (aPHRI, PHRI, PMP) are scheduled for: September 6-8, 2025
